Conflict Resolution Ministries, LLC is the mediation practice of Mike Wilkins. Mike has been certified as a Christian Mediator by the American Association of Christian Counselors. He has also been trained as a Parenting Coordinator through SAIF.
Mike has been a practicing lawyer for more than 25 years. He began his practice with Ice Miller Donadio and Ryan (later, Ice Miller, LLP) where he had a wide-reaching civil litigation practice which eventually included an extensive family law practice.
In 2009, Mike joined Broyles Kight and Ricafort, P.C., in order to diversify his practice and to pursue a practice as a Christian Mediator. Mike’s Christian faith led him to conclude that he could better serve God by trying to reunite families, if possible, and, when that is not possible, to help families through the family law process in a way that causes the least amount of damage to the family and the best opportunity for preserving and rebuilding family relationships in the future.
Mike provides Christian Mediation services not only to families, but also to individuals and businesses with other legal disputes, and to churches and other organizations looking to resolve differences without destroying relationships.
When he is not providing Christian Mediation services, Mike serves as Outreach and Missions Minister at Outlook Christian Church. In that role he is responsible for all of the church’s outreach activities and its relationship with all of its global missionaries and local ministry partners.
Mike has been married for over 25 years and is the father of four daughters. Previously, Mike has served as President of the Board of Directors of Coleman Adoption Services and as Chairman of Midsummer Festival. In his free time, Mike enjoys golf and gardening. He loves Notre Dame football, and is a life-long, die-hard Cubs fan.
